retreat all about?

Our Spanish Villa Retreat lasts for 4 nights and there's one on May, June and September 2025..

Nestled against a backdrop of azure waters and lush landscapes, our picturesque villa offers the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and grow.

Come and set sail with like mind Day Nursery Entrepreneurs as we kick off the retreat with an unforgettable day aboard a  luxury yacht. From here, connections can start to be forged, new friends made and ideas shared and more importantly business plans born.

But that's not all, feel the adrenaline rush as you dive into thrilling water sports, snorkelling, Paddle Boarding and also some cliff jumping. Together, we push our limits—both in business and in adventure.

You will explore the rich local culture and cuisine. Taste the flavours of the Mediterranean as we celebrate diversity and innovation, reminding us that who you hang around with really does matter.

Our Luxurious and Modern Villa will houses our guests in a mix of single, twin and double rooms. Featuring Air Conditioning throughout, stunning heated pool with loungers for all, Gym and Games Room. Nothing is missed and we'll cover your every need while you stay.

  • Day 1: Arrive, Relaxed networking poolside, Group introduction session, Welcome drinks & Evening Buffet Meal
  • Day 2: Morning Yoga session on the deck, Breakfast smoothie class, Yacht trip for the day.
  • Day 3: Breakfast, Masterclass hour hosted by Neil Dudman, Paddle Board/Forest Hike, Lunch al fresco with Presentation, Relax at villa afternoon with games, Cocktails and Dinner
  • Day 4: Morning Yoga session on the deck, Jet Ski Safari, Sea Swim, Cliff Diving,  Cocktail making session.
  • Day 5: Depart for flights
Accommodation and Meals: four nights accommodation with breakfast and evening meals included.
Leisure Time: Participants can relax and enjoy the villa pool and gym, and bars during their downtime.
Attendance is required from all participants however those with health concerns will be omitted. 
Villa will be equipped with full maid service and food chef/beverage options.

  • Can I add more nights? - Not with us at the villa, feel free to book local hotels directly.
  • Do I have to attend all the events? - Participation is fully encouraged
  • What is the name of the Villa? - The name and full location will be released nearer the time of the event. 
  • Do I have to pay for meals and drinks? - Everything is included for you, alcohol will be extra.
  • Are flights included? - No due to the complicated nature of booking and client locations, flights are not included.
  • Where do I fly into? - You will need to book your own flights to Palma Majorca.
